Booking & Home Fitting Policy
At My Jolie Bride, we bring the bridal boutique to you.
Each private home fitting includes up to 5 carefully selected gowns, personalised styling advice, and approximately 60–90 minutes to find your dream dress in the comfort of your home.
Appointments are available throughout Brisbane and selected surrounding suburbs.
A booking fee may apply and will be confirmed when your appointment is scheduled.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the booking fee being forfeited.
Sizing
Our consultants will help you choose the most suitable size based on your measurements.
As wedding gowns are made to standard sizing, alterations may still be required for the perfect fit.
General
Book your appointment, choose up to 5 gowns, and your personal bridal stylist will bring them directly to your home for a relaxed and private fitting.
You can choose up to 5 gowns for your appointment.
We currently service Brisbane and surrounding suburbs (within approximately 20 km of Brisbane CBD).
Our private home fitting appointment is $99. If you purchase your wedding gown during or after your appointment, the full $99 is credited towards your dress.
Our luxury-inspired wedding gowns range from $499 to $899, offering exceptional quality and timeless designs without the designer price tag.
We also offer Afterpay, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments (subject to Afterpay approval and eligibility).
Wedding gowns are made in standard sizes, so minor alterations may be required to achieve the perfect fit. Alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the gown has a confirmed manufacturing fault.
Shipping
Yes! We offer FREE Australia-wide shipping on all gowns priced at $499 or more.
Most gowns are delivered within 6-8 weeks, depending on the style and availability.
As each gown is ordered specifically and made for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your gown has a manufacturing fault, we’ll gladly assist you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
