All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to change prices, products, or promotions at any time without prior notice.
While we make every effort to accurately display colours and product images, actual colours and fabrics may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing differences.
3. Home Fitting Appointments
Private Home Fittings are available within our designated service area.
Appointments are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including address and contact details.
If a booking fee applies, it will be confirmed during the booking process.
4. Orders
Once your order has been confirmed, production or processing may begin immediately.
Please ensure all order details, including size, style, colour, and delivery information, are correct before completing your purchase.
Orders cannot always be changed or cancelled once processing has commenced.
5. Shipping
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
Unexpected delays caused by shipping carriers, manufacturers, customs, or events outside our control may occur.
My Jolie Bride is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

General
Book your appointment, choose up to 5 gowns, and your personal bridal stylist will bring them directly to your home for a relaxed and private fitting.
You can choose up to 5 gowns for your appointment.
We currently service Brisbane and surrounding suburbs (within approximately 20 km of Brisbane CBD).
Our private home fitting appointment is $99. If you purchase your wedding gown during or after your appointment, the full $99 is credited towards your dress.
Our luxury-inspired wedding gowns range from $499 to $899, offering exceptional quality and timeless designs without the designer price tag.
We also offer Afterpay, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments (subject to Afterpay approval and eligibility).
Wedding gowns are made in standard sizes, so minor alterations may be required to achieve the perfect fit. Alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the gown has a confirmed manufacturing fault.
Shipping
Yes! We offer FREE Australia-wide shipping on all gowns priced at $499 or more.
Most gowns are delivered within 6-8 weeks, depending on the style and availability.
As each gown is ordered specifically and made for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your gown has a manufacturing fault, we’ll gladly assist you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
