As each gown is made-to-order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for: 

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected after confirmation
  • Wedding cancellation or postponement
  • Personal preference after delivery

If your gown arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Wedding gowns are produced in standard sizing and may require alterations to achieve the perfect fit (Alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer unless required due to a confirmed manufacturing fault)

Book your appointment, choose up to 5 gowns, and your personal bridal stylist will bring them directly to your home for a relaxed and private fitting.

You can choose up to 5 gowns for your appointment.

We currently service Brisbane and surrounding suburbs (within approximately 20 km of Brisbane CBD).

Our private home fitting appointment is $99. If you purchase your wedding gown during or after your appointment, the full $99 is credited towards your dress.

Our luxury-inspired wedding gowns range from $499 to $899, offering exceptional quality and timeless designs without the designer price tag.

We also offer Afterpay, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments (subject to Afterpay approval and eligibility).

Wedding gowns are made in standard sizes, so minor alterations may be required to achieve the perfect fit. Alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the gown has a confirmed manufacturing fault.

Most gowns are delivered within 6-8 weeks, depending on the style and availability.

As each gown is ordered specifically and made for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your gown has a manufacturing fault, we’ll gladly assist you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
